新巨星J. Cole毫不含糊，他公开攻击白人巨星们。包括他的偶像Eminem，Justin Timberlake，Iggy Azalea，Macklemore。

Cole的观点是，白人们夺走了黑人的文化，抢掠了黑人在嘻哈界的话语权，抢走了黑人的光环。

J. Cole在新专辑歌曲Fire Squad中说唱：

“History repeats itself and that’s just how it goes / Same way that these rappers always bite each other’s flows / Same thing that my nigga Elvis did with rock ‘n’ roll / Justin Timberlake, Eminem, and then Macklemore.”

他对于白人Iggy的崛起也想说唱一番：

“While silly niggas argue over who gon’ snatch the crown / Look around my nigga, white people have snatched the sound / This year I’ll probably go to the awards dappered down / Watch Iggy win a Grammy as I try to crack a smile.”

不过，他接下来说唱的态度180度转弯：

“I’m just playin’, but all good jokes contain true shit / Same rope you climb up on, they’ll hang you with.”

他表示只是开玩笑，但玩笑中有它的真理。
