Hollywood Dell Civic Association公民协会的主席Patti Negri这样说到：

“There are lots of babies, lots of children, and they’re literally frightened. It’s like devils on the wall—big scary eyes and big scary teeth, and just the whole vibe is not what we’re used to.”

显然，很多婴儿和小孩非常害怕。因为墙上的怪兽吓到了他们。

Breezy会被城市的相关部门罚款$376美元，如果他没有在30天之内清除这些涂鸦。因为这些涂鸦是未被批准…

Negri认为300多美元罚款不算什么，但他希望Chris可以成为一个好邻居：

“I know a $300 fine is probably pocket change. But hopefully and maybe, he’ll just see the light and decide to be a good neighbor. We’re happy to have him—if he just tones it down.”
