Jay-Z徒弟J. Cole 将在他的新专辑上全面展示说唱技巧，他在最新的采访中，透露新专辑中将不邀请任何一位说唱明星，包括他的老板Jay-Z和好兄弟Drake。

Cole面对Fuse采访表示，你将只会听到他的Rap：

Nobody else other than J. Cole is rapping on the album, but there’s some great features.”

Cole 之前组合TLC外:

“It’s like my favorites, I wanted to go and get my favorites and then have them do the things that I love them for doing — [TLC] is doing what I love them for”

目前加入Cole专辑的除了TLC，还有Miguel。

另外Cole在 BBC Radio 1Xtra采访中对Miguel在Billboard大奖典礼上的三级跳做了评价：WWE应该邀请他参加摔角比赛..
