悲剧但对Gucci Mane来说并不陌生..他认罪后被判3年零3个月监禁。

Gucci去年因为非法藏有枪支被捕，现在他认罪被判了39个月。本来最高可以判决10年，因为他的认罪态度所以减轻了很多年。

他将在7月份正式服刑，在这之前他已经有了10个月的监狱记录，所以还剩下29个月。他将于2016年12月份释放。

另外，25万美元罚款需要缴付。

Gucci Mane won’t get out of jail until late 2016 — according to a plea deal the rapper just struck in exchange for copping to a gun possession charge.

Gucci pleaded guilty Tuesday to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The charge carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in jail, but under Gucci’s plea deal, he’s only expected to face 39 months … minus 10 months credit for time served.

Gucci will officially be sentenced in July.

Gucci’s been locked up in ATL since September after cops arrested him for packing a loaded handgun (as well as marijuana).

In addition to the jail time, Gucci also faces a fine of $250,000.
