13年没有任何联系。在Eminem发布了Headlights感人MV之后，事情有了转机。他的母亲Debbie Mathers想要给儿子一个大大的拥抱，她想要儿子回到她身边。

她发布了声明这样说到：

“I just want to give him a big hug. Mama is waiting with open arms. Life is short.”

当问Eminem的发言人情况时候，并没有得到确认或否认阿姆和她母亲是否已经见过面, 或者他是否想。

但发言人说，阿姆已经在歌曲中说得很清楚了。

她的一本书My Son Marshall, My Son Eminem合作作者Annette Witheridge描述她从来没有停止过爱儿子，没有什么比儿子和她和解更开心的事情：

“Nothing would make Debbie happier than if Eminem were to make amends with her. She has longed to have a proper relationship with him for many, many years. I don’t know if she’d like to explain to him what happened when she sued him… but she has never stopped loving him.”

看来，他们的重聚指日可待了!
