Yolo是You only live once的意思，你只活一次，正式进入牛津字典。

Yolo这个词很早就存在，Drake是第一个把它变得流行的，他在Take Care专辑的The Motto单曲里提及Yolo：“Now she want a photo. You already know though. You only live once ‒ that’s the motto n***a YOLO,”

随后在推特上开始出现#YOLO的标签，和数不胜数的恶搞，变得流行通识后，牛津字典正式把YOLO选入。

牛津字典上的注解是：YOLO，你只活一次, 意思是人应该把握好当下，不要担忧未来..(Wiz Khalifa YOLO T恤)

YOLO: You only live once (expressing the view that one should make the most of the present moment without worrying about the future, and often used as a rationale for impulsive or reckless behavior)

除了Yolo，在2014年一起被选入牛津字典的还有， FML (fuck my life), SMH (shaking my head), ICYMI (in case you missed it).

13年，以Miley Cyrus为首引发的Twerk热潮后，Twerk这个词已经被写入牛津字典。
