Lil Wayne受够了，他接受采访表示他永远都不想再与“父亲”/YMCMB大老板Birdman有任何关系，不会一起工作了。
Weezy非常直接地否定，如果解决问题之后，他不会再与老板有生意往来：
Asked if he would work with Birdman once again after the business situation is handled, Weezy had a direct answer. “No, sir,” he said. “Give me mine and I’ll walk off free, smiling.”
意思是他会离开Cash Money的。
Weezy之前暗示退休，但是他并没有停止录制音乐：
Wayne may be thinking about retiring but he hasn’t stopped recording music. “If that [tweet] was at 3:30 [a.m.], I probably was at the studio at 6,” he added. “The height of my talent or the height of my career, I haven’t reached that at all.”
所以，暂时不要太担心他退出江湖。
