A$AP Rocky瑞典袭击罪判决出来了…坏消息是被判有罪..好消息是不用坐牢..

不用坐牢的主要原因是，检方没有确凿的证据证明Rocky和他的2个随行人员用瓶子击打原告Mustafa Jafari。法庭认为Rocky的行为严重性不足以被判坐牢。
但因为Rocky的确是有打Jafari，尽管Rocky表示那是自卫行为，他被判要支付给原告损失费约1300美元，并且支付原告的律师费用。

In regard to sentencing, the court finds that there are both aggravating and extenuating circumstances. In an overall assessment the court finds that the assault has not been of such a serious nature that a prison sentence must be chosen. The defendants are therefore sentenced to conditional sentences.
