女说唱明星Lauryn Hill还在税务官司中，不过她拿到了Sony音乐的新合同，将可能帮助她躲过牢狱之灾，有了Sony的合同，她重新发布新音乐Neurotic Society (Compulsory Mix)。
同时她说被迫发布这首新歌，因为她的财政问题要到期..：
“Here is a link to a piece that I was ‘required’ to release immediately, by virtue of the impending legal deadline,” “I love being able to reach people directly, but in an ideal scenario, I would not have to rush the release of new music… but the message is still there.”
她将在5月6日等待法庭新的宣判。
