“I think it’s a legitimate fact that Machine Gun Kelly inspired a lot of performers in Hip Hop. As far as how we perform in Hip Hop, I feel like I’m denied access to even being in the class of Hip Hop. If I’m honestly not considered in the top ten lyricists of right now. You can’t tell my fans that there’s a better rapper than Machine Gun Kelly. Hands down, there’s no way I’m not in the top five [rappers today]. It just makes no sense”
