This week Eminem and Rihanna debuts on Billboard Hot 100 at No. 3 with “The Monster”! The arrival ties for Eminem’s third-best among 48 career visits, matching the September start of “Berzerk,” the lead single from his album “The Marshall Mathers LP 2,” which is set to debut at No. 1 on next week’s Billboard 200 with the year’s second-best sales frame. Eminem has started better on the Hot 100 only with “Not Afraid” (No. 1, 2009) and “Love the Way You Lie,” also featuring Rihanna (No. 2, on its way to a seven-week reign, in 2010).

“Monster” opens at No. 1 on Digital Songs with 373,000. It’s his ninth No. 1 on the chart, tying him with Katy Perry for the second-most leaders in the tally’s history. The track also storms onto Streaming Songs at No. 17 (2.3 million first-week streams) and No. 31 on Radio Songs (37 million, up 265%). On the latter list, it’s his second-best start after 2004′s “Just Lose It” (No. 17).
